Queen’s View complex is located in the beautiful coastal town of Balchik on the same land that once belonged to the Palace of Queen Marie of Romania. The Palace of Queen Marie Alexandra Victoria Saxe-Coburg Gotha (1875-1938) was built in 1924-1937 and was planned by the Italian architects Amerigo and Augistino.The park was designed by the Swiss Gardner Jul Janie, who served as a Main Gardner in the palace of the Russian Tsar Nicolay II. At the present moment the palace is restored and opened for visitors.
